Shipping Information
At Joypra, we take great care to ensure your jewelry is delivered promptly, securely, and with attention to detail. Below you’ll find an overview of our shipping process.
- Order Processing: All orders are handled within 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before leaving our facility.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10 to 16 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- Estimated Delivery Time: From the time you place your order until it arrives, the total delivery time is typically 14 to 22 business days (processing + shipping).
- Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. domestic orders over $100.
- Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other local postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Important Notes
- The stated timeframes apply to U.S. domestic orders shipped via standard shipping.
- Deliveries to military addresses may be limited or unavailable.
- Certain items or circumstances may require additional handling or extended delivery times.
- Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. These will be sent separately for safe delivery. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Order Tracking
- A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships.
- Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.
- If tracking does not update right away, your package may still be in the carrier’s processing system. Updates will appear once it is scanned.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us for support.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you request redirection or forwarding of a shipment after it has left our facility, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur.
